焼尻島の朝

朝の焼尻島には、どこまでも青い空が広がっています。

牧場では、牧草を刈り取るトラクターが忙しそうに行ったり来たり。
その音さえ、夏の訪れを知らせてくれるようです。

両手いっぱいの青空を背に、自転車を走らせる。
潮の香りと風を感じながら進んでいくと、
その先には、まだ見たことのない景色や出会いが待っているような気がします。

そんな朝が、焼尻島にはあります。

Morning on Yagishiri Island

In the pastures, tractors move back and forth, harvesting the summer grass.

Pedaling a bicycle beneath this vast, open sky, with arms outstretched to embrace it all, you cannot help but feel that somewhere ahead lies an undiscovered world.
